News and Upcoming School Events
Shelton Martial Arts has many upcoming events for our students and school families. Refer to this page to find out about upcoming tournaments, promotion testing, school functions and other school related information.
We will also be posting News Bulletins or pertinent information regarding the school, it's students, it's instructors, or the Master. The Calendar will also list these items as well. Make sure you print out the school calendar each month for easy reference.
Closed- Labor day 9/6/10 (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Shelton Martial Arts will be closed on September 6th to honor Labor Day.
Certification Sheets Due 9/23/10
Gup Certification and Dan Pre-Test sheets will be due on Thursday September 23rd. Any test sheets that are turned in after this date is subject to late fees.
GupCertification/Dan Pre-Test 9/25/10 (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
Gup Certification is on Saturday September 25th. Times are as follows:
Toddlers: 9:30 am - 10 am
Skill Certification: 10 am - 11 am
Gup Certification/Dan Pre-Test: 10 am - Finish (typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours)
As always certification sheets are due into the Dojang no later than Thursday, Septmber 23rd.
